Nick Rotondo
President/Owner

Nick Rotondo has been a hands-on owner/operator for over thirty years. He has led Terry Hills in each of its expansions, overseeing the design and construction of both 9-hole projects in 1985 and 1995 and most recently the clubhouse development project in 2004. Rotondo has been a member of the Golf Course Superintendent's Association for 25 years and the National Golf Course Owner's Association since 1988.

Mary Brown
Office Manager/Owner

Mary Rotondo Brown is the Office Manager and co-owner of Terry Hills. She handles all of the corporation's financial, back office, and personnel operations. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, School of Management and has been a Board Member of the Western New York Ladies Public Links. She is also a long-time member of the National Golf Course Owner's Association.

Tom Brown
Golf Operations Manager

Tom Brown has been at the helm of golf operations for the past 20 years at Terry Hills. He is actively involved in the planning and coordination of daily golf operations as well as golf outings held at Terry Hills. Brown has also been involved with each of the facility's expansions and has helped develop the business.

Danielle Rotondo
Banquet & Restaurant Manager

Danielle Rotondo has worked in the golf course and restaurant business for 15 years. Rotondo earned her degree in Golf Club Management from SUNY Delhi. She has been a Board Member of the Western New York Ladies Public Links for the past 5 years. Danielle oversees and coordinates banquets, parties, weddings and functions at our banquet facility.  Danielle is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Genesee.

Thad Thompson
Golf Course Superintendent

Thad graduated from the Turf Management Program at SUNY Delhi and has been employed in the golf course industry since 1989. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Central New York Golf Course Superintendents Association for the past three years and is a member of the the New York State Turfgrass Association as well as the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.

Casey Brown
Head Golf Professional

Casey recently graduated from the Professional Golf Management program at Penn State University with additional minors in business and economics.  He is a certified class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and oversees all daily golf operations.

Jeremy Maskell
Assistant Manager


Jeremy Maskell is a graduate of Batavia High School and is a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute where he earned an Associate Degree in Specialized Business for Hospitality Management. Jeremy has been involved in the restaurant industry for seven years, three of them being at the management level. He has worked for corporate and privately owned restaurants both in Batavia and out of state.

Lisa Fickel
Director of Marketing

Lisa Fickel is a graduate of Batavia High School.  She attended Genesee Community College where she earned a degree in Travel and Tourism.  After 27 years of  working in the Travel Industry, Lisa will be utlizing her customer service and communication skills to promote the many attributes Terry Hills Golf Course and Banquet Facility has to offer.  Lisa will be in the 2010 graduating class of Leadership Genesee.
