  • Nick Rotondo

    Owner

    Nick is a hands-on owner/operator for the past thirty years. He has led Terry Hills in each of its expansions, overseeing the design and construction of both 9-hole projects in 1985 and 1995 and most recently the clubhouse development project in 2004. He has also been a member of the Golf Course Superintendent's Association for 25 years and the National Golf Course Owner's Association since 1988.

    Mary Brown

    President/Owner

    Mary is the President, Office Manager and co-owner of Terry Hills. She handles all of the corporation's financial, back office, and personnel operations. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, School of Management and has been a Board Member of the Western New York Ladies Public Links as well as a member of the National Golf Course Owner's Association.
  • Danielle Rotondo

    Danielle Rotondo

    General Manager

    Danielle has worked in the golf course and restaurant business for over 20 years. Danielle earned her business degree in Golf Club Management from SUNY Delhi. She is a board member of the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a member on the Michael Napoleon Memorial Foundation. Danielle oversees daily operations of the restaurant, banquet facility and golf course. In addition she coordinates weddings at our banquet facility. Danielle is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Genesee.
  • Casey Brown

    Casey Brown

    Director of Golf

    Casey is a graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Penn State University with additional minors in business and economics. Prior to graduating, Casey completed internships in Chicago, New Jersey, and Las Vegas. Casey returned to Batavia to join the family business and now assumes the role of Director of Golf. Casey is a certified class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and oversees all special events, tournaments, and daily golf operations. Casey has been involved in the business for over 13 years. Casey is a 2014 Leadership Genesee graduate.
  • Chris Devay

    Chris Devay

    Restaurant & Banquet Manager

    Chris is a graduate of Genesee Community College. Chris has been in the restaurant business for almost 25 years. He has extensive working knowledge in every aspect of the business to include "front of house", and kitchen. With his past hands-on experience, skill set and attention to detail, Chris expertly executes daily operations of the restaurant and banquet facility.
  • Thad Thompson

    Thad Thompson

    Golf Course Superintendent

    Thad graduated from the Turf Management Program at SUNY Delhi and has been employed in the golf course industry since 1989. He is a member of the New York State Turfgrass Association and has been an active member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) for over 14 years. He was also the 2016 President of the Western New York Golf Course Superintendent's Association (WNYGCSA). Thad is responsible for all phases of Golf Management and Agronomic operations, cost control, and grounds crew personnel. Thad is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Genesee, recipient of the 2015 Melrose Leadership Academy Scholarship, and a 2016 Golfdom Summit Attendee.

    Julie Huber

    Staff Accountant

    Julie is a graduate of Attica High School. She attended SUNY Brockport where she earned a degree in Business Administration. Julie was employed at Moog in East Aurora for 21 years. Her position was cost and financial accounting. Julie has been a member of the Terry Hills Team since 2008 serving as our Staff Accountant.

    Head Chef

    Nick began his culinary career at the young age of 14 learning how to butcher meat and catering. Over the past 24 years, Nick has cooked for four presidents and celebrities, such as Michael Jackson and many more. Nick worked in top kitchens from NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Sydney Australia and all over Asia. Nick says it's great to finally be back home to share his culinary experiences and to bring some exciting flavors to the area where he grew up.

    Kathy Antinore

    Director of Marketing

    Kathy joined the Terry Hills team in Fall 2017. She has been employed at Notre Dame High School, p.w. minor and Constellation Wines, and brings 20+ years of marketing and customer service experience with her. Kathy says she is lucky to come to a golf course to work every day and is excited to promote the course, restaurant and banquet facility. Kathy is a 2011 Leadership Genesee graduate.
  • Eric Holliday

    Eric Holliday

    Pro Shop Manager

    Born and raised in Rochester and now living in Genesee County, Eric joined the team in 2015. While attending Monroe Community College Eric took a liking to the game of golf. After working in the retail and customer service golf sector for over 20 years, Eric brought his talents to Terry Hills. Customers enjoy his energy and passion. Eric loves spending his free time with family, friends, golfing (of course) and cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
  • Amanda Narburgh

    Amanda Narburgh

    Assistant Restaurant & Banquet Manager

    Mandy is a graduate of Oakfield-Alabama Central High School. She has 15 years experience in the restaurant industry, specializing in "front of the house" training, service and bartending. She has worked in a variety of restaurants, from corporate to privately owned establishments, including a previous stint at Terry Hills as the Floor Manager. Mandy takes pride in making every visit memorable for our guests.
