Welcome back! We hope everyone is as excited as we are for the upcoming 2012 golf season. Through your support, we can continue to provide the best leagues in WNY. Everything will be run the same as last year, but please review these important dates and REPLY TO THIS EMAIL with the following information:

Important Dates – Save This Sheet

Practice Rounds --- Monday, April 16^th and Thursday, April 19^th    5:30 pm
League Starts   ----   Monday, April 23^rd and Thursday, April 26^th   5:30 pm

Week of June 4th -- Start Time Changes to 6:00 pm

No Leagues       ----   Monday, May 28^th (Memorial Day)

Fun Nights        ---- Monday, July 2^nd and Thursday, July 5^th

Week of August 13th -- Start Time Changes back to 5:30 pm

Last Night   ----   Monday, August 27^th and Thursday, August 30^{th -} Fun Night and Banquet

Once again the Monday and Thursday night leagues will follow a pre-payment policy similar to all other nightly leagues that we host at the course. Prize money will be $80 again this year and must be paid in full by the respective opening nights, which are Monday, April 23^rd and Thursday, April 26^th. Please see the payment option information below to see which you prefer.

 All totals below include greens fees AND PRIZE MONEY.

Your payment includes a 2-week pre-pay discount. For budgeting convenience, this payment man be made in two equal installments. The first payment is due the first night of leagues which is Monday, April 23^rd and Thursday, April 26^th. The second and final payment is due the week of June 4^th.

Please note: Pre-payment includes official league nights only. It does not include the opening night practice round or any playoffs at the end of the year. However, if you pay in full the night of the practice round, we will waive your greens fees for that night. You will be responsible for the optional cart fee.
